Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines


*     Adults (18-64 years) and Older Adults (65 years and older): to

achieve health benefits should accumulate at least 150 minutes of physical activity per week, in bouts of 10 minutes or more.

*     Children (5-11 years) and Youth (12-17 years): for health
