Water Polo Canada is responsible for developing the standards for water polo coaches within Canada in conjunction with the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). There are two streams for coaches in Canada, the community sport stream, and the competition sport stream.
The National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) is here to help you be the best coach that you can be. When you take an NCCP clinic, you will gain water polo technical abilities as well as leadership and decision-making skills. NCCP training will open doors to new opportunities in coaching and in life. Ready to become a training coach?
